V... read more Fantastic weekend at the hotel. The pool, spa and messages are there to enjoy. The room is very correct (comfortable beds, bathroom with everything you need . Very attentive staff (reception, bellhops, cleaning staff... Very complete breakfast. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the dinner (poorly prepared, cold, not suitable for the category of the establishment and very slow service .

My first bad review ever. 1. The concierges who doesnt understand english meet us at check in asking for passports . We gave driving license which same identifi... read more My first bad review ever. 1. The concierges who doesnt understand english meet us at check in asking for passports . We gave driving license which same identification document. They said “if it would be EUROPE swear in spanish thinking that i don't know hlanguage than yes, but it isnt european so u must give passport” I asked for law where it is written he gave the document and i showed him it is written “identification document “ NOT passport only if uou are not european It is discrimination in its fullnest!! 2. We went to SPA with my wife. 3 MEN workers was standing in front of window and staring at us . I asked them to go away gently explaining why im asking. They go away for 5 minutes and came back starting again. Second time I asked not gently because this is privacy and absurd. And one of them “manager” was swear in spanish thinking that i don't know his language. And I needed to make him understand how it can end so he finally went away . 3. Straight after SPA at 11:03 we came to our room . And the entrance card was blocked already I came to reception and it took 5 minutes to activate it And they even didnt excused for the situation So it is Spanish full of discrimination of foreighners hotel. With uncompetent managers who are not trained to be client oriented and they themselves bosses. Not clients. So if you are tired of european low service and discrimination skip this hotel . But if you are Spaniard who going for vacation 1 time per year and lives in poorly designed appartment in your loved full of discrimination country for of nacists this is exactly what you are looking for
