Whenever I made a request, sh... read more I visited on a Saturday night and there were just two cars ahead of me in line, but the employee who took my order was quite rude. Whenever I made a request, she would simply reply with "K." For instance, when I asked if I could upgrade to a large size, her response was just "K." I placed my order at 9:40, but it took until 9:55 for my meal to arrive. Given that I only ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich basket, that seemed like an excessively long wait. I urge management to address this issue.

The only... read more I believe this place is nearly as good as Steak and Shake used to be. I prefer coming here now because Steak and Shake has really declined in quality. The only thing I think they could improve is offering hand-dipped ice cream for their shakes; that would make them just like Steak and Shake. I have no intention of going back to Steak and Shake—I’ll be coming to Culver's from now on. I also wish they would offer thinner shoestring fries. Culver's has become one of my favorite restaurants, taking the place of Steak and Shake.
