I'm sorry to say that the staff here appears to be very inexperienced, and there seems to be a lack of commitment to their roles. The owner seems disconnected from the restaurant, likely due to some personal issues. Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on the establishment's Italian heritage. It’s disappointing to see such potential squandered; when a restaurant is handed down, there should be a sense of pride and responsibility from the owner. Instead, it seems that he prioritizes personal indulgences and financial gain over the quality of the dining experience.
