The staff member assigned to our room was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was quite tasty, particularly the pizza, which was a highlight. However, some of the games were malfunctioning or would deduct points from the play card without actually working. Additionally, we had to wait on several occasions for someone to assist the children onto the rides. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few hiccups.

The staff was nice and when we asked for fresh pizza, they were quick out, there were a few games that didn't work properly when you exchanged your playing card, but the staff could replace the points that were lost, my family and friends had fun.

Our son, besides the usual buffet, enjoyed the perpetrators, chicken nuggets and mini-maishunds (which is ideal for both adults and children). The manager was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed and everything was fine. We're going to this place. Much better than other places like Chuck E Cheese or Main Event and a much better value for your money.
