Located in Parcent, it is a lovely drive to reach it through the valleys. The venue is classically Spanish which reverberates with conversation of many tongues. Great views from...the venue too. As for the food, you understand why there is a waiting list. One starts with a salad, alioli which has a lovely kick to it and bread. Then the piece de resistance. The more there are of you, the bigger the dish. There are variations to suit; fish, fish and seasonal meat and meat. You choose. But it is delightful. Well worth a trip and very reasonably priced for such authenticity.
