Was a 1 star review. They hired a whole new team and they are rocking it. Service is quick, polite clean. I'm so glad owner listens to reviews. I don't go to any other dunkin!!!
Quickest dunkn trip ever! And they put the lid on correctly.
1. Their hours are limited 2. Their prices are more than any other DD 3. they take forever to prepare orders 4. Understaffed 5. Manager is very rude to staff and customers I only go here becuase there's nothing else on my way to work
Michael should be girls enteteiner of the month there ...he dont know if bagels was with cheese...or not ..wrong ...order but lot of talking .....
I had high hopes for this Dunkin, previously have worked at a very very clean and well managed Dunkin so my standards were high but being clean is the BARE MINIMUM. I walked in and the kitchen/ coffee area smelled like sweat and mold!! I am not exaggerating. I then was informed that they do not change the tea, iced coffees, or cold brew bags or even dispose of it at the end of the night, which is extremely disgusting and dangerous especially since those bags are only good for max 24 hours. I understand being frugal but this is extremely hazardous and unfair to the customers. The reason why most of the complaints are that their bagels and croissants are hard as rocks is because they do not dispose of them regularly they use the same ones that have sitting in a bin. I cannot see past any of these things beware of this Dunkin.
