However, tonight I was told I couldn't get lettuce because th... read more I've ordered a cheeseburger many times, always asking for no onions and adding lettuce and tomato. However, tonight I was told I couldn't get lettuce because they had no way to charge for it and couldn't give away food for free. I don't think they deduct anything for leaving out the pickles. I'm not sure if their policy has changed, but we ended up enjoying our Pizza Hut pizza instead, as we couldn't find a pizza in town that matched our preferences. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

However, tonight I was informed that they couldn’t provide the salad because they weren’t able to charge for it, and they don’t have free meals. It feels like they’re holding back on the extras just for the sake of a pickle. I’m not sure if things have changed there, but we did enjoy our pizza. We ended up getting Hut pizza since we couldn’t find pizza in the city that we wanted. Unfortunately, I think I may be a lost customer now.

The Cinnamon Breadsticks are also amazing! I do miss the buffet, though. Service was for takeout. I had lunch, and the price per person was quite reasonable at $1–10. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5!

Apparently they just walk out with your order and say what it is. First person that answers, gets the food. I feel bad for the teens that worked there. When I tried to talk to someone, the older person (over 30) obviously in charge the way the kids kept looking to her for directions, she kept sending a teen to come talk to me because she was too “busy”. We were there before the rush and still waiting after it. When I questioned my order because I was missing food I was showed a receipt that wasn’t mine. I didn’t take one when I ordered because what could go wrong right? If you aren’t from Palmyra, don’t waste your time. The staff is loud and not always watching their P's and Q's. They are not very organized either. We had no idea you had to place your order at the counter and then you sit down.
