Was Mikhail Ayman at Dairy Queen a mag?
I waited for so long at the drive-thru that it felt as if they were catching a cow, preparing it, and then serving it. Just kidding, but there were three cars ahead of me, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. I would have left, but the exit was blocked. On the plus side, the food is quite tasty! View all feedback.

What Mikhail Ayman dislikes about Dairy Queen:
I had to wait at the drive-thru for so long that I half-joked they might have to catch a cow, prepare it, and serve it! Seriously though, there were three cars ahead of me, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. I would have left, but the exit was blocked. On the bright side, the food does taste good! View all feedback.

Waited about half of an hour for a cheeseburger inside. There was no one else in the entire building.

We visited this restaurant recently and experienced a long wait for the wrong order. Many customers were visibly upset after waiting anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes. The cashier, who was obviously new and in training, kept apologizing, but the issues really seemed to stem from the kitchen staff. The person responsible for making the Blizzards was substituting items without consulting customers. For example, I ordered the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard, and since they were out of cheesecake, he simply added brownie without asking. However, there was no brownie in my Blizzard at all. Similarly, my friend ordered the Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard but only received plain Oreo. To top it off, our chicken baskets arrived without the toast and sauce we had ordered. If the restaurant cannot fulfill orders as requested, they shouldn't charge full price!

I love Dairy Queen. Palmer DQ are you trying to make me a non believer? You have been out of Fundamental ingredients all summer. The food came out pretty fast, which happens when it has been pre cooked and getting cold in the back near the heat lamp. The bbq covered chicken popsicles were interesting how do you get your chicken strips that cold. The fries didn't come out with the meal, but somehow came out cold a few minutes later. Management, I'm sure you will give me encouragement on how you will do better, please just utilize your reply time to order food for your establishment. You're better than this.

I'm a critic on a mission: To immerse myself into the full dining experience among the many fine restaurants, bistros, cafes, eateries, diners, holes in the wall, and just plain truck stops in this great country, and to review each from within its own context. Establishments get up to 5 stars, one each for: 1st Impression, Menu Selection, Food Quality, Value, and Service. Bon Apetit'Establishment: Dairy Queen, Palmer AKWe'll forego the pleasantries and cut to the chase.....Fast food this is not. For a hot dog meal, I waited almost 21 minutes in a drive through line. When I finally got to the window, there was nobody there. A minute or two later, Boss Hog (see pic) ambled on over, took my money, and gave me the wrong order. After asking for the right order, I still got the wrong drink. I gave up. One Star. And don't go there if you want fast hot food because it's slow cold.
