Great restaurant, highly recommend
Secreted away in Palaja behind the Chateau de Palaja is this most wonderful restaurant. I don't say lightly that it is world class. Simply stunning classic French food with wonderful service, rates this restaurant as one of my very favourite across the globe. If you are visiting Carcassonne do yourself a favour and seek this wonderful restaurant out. It will be hard to find but I guarantee you will be glad you made the effort. If you choose the Crepe Suzette, ask to watch it be prepared. Deserts are magnificent. Summer meals in the courtyard around the olive tree are a real treat. Truly a wonderful establishment, and worthy of the absolute highest accolades.
