Despite lack of fluency in... read more We stumbled upon this place and decided to stop for lunch. We were sooo glad we did. The food was delicious. The drinks were superb. Despite lack of fluency in Italian, we had a wonderful server who tended to our every need. This would have been enough...but we were sitting outside, soaking up the rays, the atmosphere and the history. We enjoyed our time there so much, we ended up there a few days later when it was cold and intermittent showers, so we ate inside. It was every bit as wonderful as outside. It is warm and welcoming. It is run by a husband and wife. The husband is the chef and the wife works the front. Both are charming which is reflected in the ambiance and service. Definitely a place to stop when in Padua!
