My husband and I went to Otley yesterday and fancied breakfast. We stumbled upon Cranberry and what a find! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, the staff pleasant and polite. I chose a cranberry and brie melt which was amazing. My husband had a full breakfast omelette which he thoroughly enjoyed. I try to use independent coffee shops when on my travels so it was nice to find this one. Had a nice brunch, good coffee with a pleasant welcome. There were no hygiene issues, in fact the lady was cleaning the bookshelf area. We would return next time we are in the area. View all feedback.

The reason why we should support independent coffee shops. Great location on the sunny side of the street. Very friendly staff, beautiful fresh coffee, really well presented. Had a fresh scone with jam and butter, delicious and all for a £5. There 's a Costa across the street, but you can get Costa anywhere. Try this little gem and dare to be different. Are you going to Cranberry Cafe sung to the tune of Scarborough Fair.
OMG Where to start, young girl put her fingers in the inside of the cup whilst picking it up before using it to serve a customer. Then the young girls just looking on phones and not paying attention to the customers. The place is dirty and needs scrubbing.
Nowt better than this coffee shop and more ...highly recommended for families and couples. Great staff and many thanks to Tom W
Seventeen of us (cyclists) descended on the Cranberry and the staff went out of their way to attend to us. The food was great and the service was first class. Can’t thank them enough .
