The service was nice. However, the quality of the pizza was disappointing. She was not really warm and tasted like a pizza from the day before, which was reheated.

No star! I was here today and I am really mega disappointed!!! I still experienced NIE!!! 2 employees for the service were definitely too little! It took a long time until we got the menus and even longer until we got our drinks!(there was also served a wrong drink) the other guests were also very annoyed...all had to wait forever be it drinks, eat or pay!After an hour pizza was enough for us and we wanted to pay only the drinks, give up the pizza and go (pizza was still in the oven) then we got the offer to take out the pizzas without cost! Never again!

Order was quickly accepted but we had to!45min! Wait for our food! Food came to a complaint within 2 minutes but was almost cold! We had to wait for the bill for a long time, even though the service where we requested the bill has often passed us. Over 30 euros paid for a cold pizza, little finger food and a drink. Don't eat there anymore and I'd rather find a restaurant where I can eat better for the money.

Preliminary: Whoever withdraws money with a disability really has no conscience. Wouldn't like to give a star. We were with a group of people with handicap on the Christmas market Osnabrück. Some people in the group had to go to the toilet and so we asked if we could use the toilets in the pizza hat. We would also pay the price of one euro per person. The lady of the staff chased and cashed the 10 euros for the 10 people. So good. At the toilet we then saw a sign that the fee for toilet use is only 50 cents. So the lady has taken up a total of 5 euros too much from the limited pocket money of the handicap people. And another: my waiting colleague had watched how she turned grinning to the other staff and disappeared the 10 euros in her pocket! Unfooled! Very bad action!

Unfriendly staff, the feminine branch office prefers to work with your phone instead of taking care of the guests. Instead of Pizza Hut, I would look around for a new suitable branch line. In addition, the order was incorrectly received and we had to pay the full amount. Absolutely not recommended!!
