After a long walk with the dog, we came to have lunch in the outdoor seating area (dogs allowed outdoors, hooray! . It's nestled in a charming back street between other buildings near the Royal Park, very cosy. They had lovely Italian classics playing at a comfortable volume. Their Rust Burger with sweet potato fries aioli dip is awesome. Among the best burgers fries I've had in Oslo. The beef patty was juicy and perfectly fried. I'm so glad they serve homemade pickles, and they are delicious; very fresh and light. The Rust Burger is unique in flavour with its rich fragrant basil dressing gorgonzola; though not at all overpowering. Fluffy brioche bun just sealed the entire thing with a kiss. Next time I'll try the vegetarian burger and tornado potatoe. Several ultra slow-cooked meats on the menu too, so there's lots to come back for. I've heard it's fun to come here with a group of friends. Book and reserve a table by calling or just on their website. Friendly and good service! Definitely a nice experience; I will be back!
