Beer is good usually the staff is friendly when you are friendly. Don’t expect a perfect service when you are rude yourself. 1 star is due to the kids ski school at the restaurant which is a disappointment. We inscribed our 3 year old for an entire season of ski classes. In the 2nd course they let her run around unattended for 20 minutes while being busy with other kids. Also they forget to close her jacket after lunch, and she trains without balaclava and gloves. Kid had pneumonia and doesn’t want to resume classes. We complained with the manager and asked for the remaining classes to be refunded. Well, never ask for money back in Andorra, the manager Rodri just ignored the request.
