I... read more My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. The cashier was both rude and sarcastic while taking my straightforward order. I always order the same dish and always ask for no cabbage with my side of noodles, but this time I received more cabbage than noodles. When I tried to talk to the cashier about the problem, I was told there was nothing they could do to assist me.

Tonight, I requested teriyaki chicken on one of the plates, but they accidentally provided us with orange chicken instead. Since my fiancée cannot handle spicy food, she’s unable to enjoy half of her meal. If they want to justify paying their drive-thru staff $15 an hour, they definitely need to enhance their accuracy and service.
