When I arrived at 1:30 PM, I was informe... read more I had a disappointing experience on March 3, 2024. I placed my order in advance and paid for it to be ready by 1:15 PM. When I arrived at 1:30 PM, I was informed that my food would be ready in another 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes. On the bright side, they did offer me four complimentary breadsticks. Ultimately, it seems like there was a lack of effective management in the restaurant, as the staff appeared to have little control over the situation.

However, despite their impending closing time, they were incredibly polite and courteous. They immediately got to work on our order, and we received it quickly and efficiently. Our food was hot and delicious. The staff brought our meals out and allowed us plenty of time to enjoy our food. They remained very professional throughout our visit and thanked us, wishing us a good night as we left. Your team that evening was outstanding!

MY FOOD WAS COLD BECAUSE THEY WERE WAITING FOR BREAD. My girlfriend called them 3 times before they answered their phone to see what the hold up was for me. They were rude and didn?t discount or give us food till she called 3 more times. They didn?t do anything but say it was out of their control for it being backed up. The front guys were cursing and were rude to every single person. Never eating here again. Ridiculous!

He was really friendly and upbeat, seamlessly adding humor to our conversation. It felt like he was genuinely engaging rather than just reciting a script. It had been a while since I last visited Fazoli's, and he truly made it a great experience. I ordered the baked chicken parmesan with penne, and it was fantastic. It's a shame they've taken the Caesar salad off the menu, but at least they still offer the dressing, so you can almost replicate it!

We stopped at the drive-thru about an hour before closing and ordered two items along with breadsticks and a large container of sauce. The sauce cup we received was less than half full, and the man working the drive-thru was extremely unpleasant. He kept glaring at me as if I had done something wrong, threw my card and receipt at me, and while we were ordering, he sighed loudly and interrupted me, clearly trying to rush us. I understand that working Saturday nights in the food industry can be tough, but that doesn't excuse providing poor customer service.
