Went there today to get my fiancee and I meals. They got the sandwiches right, but messed up the jamocha shake by adding chocolate drizzle after I said not to. Then they asked me at the window after they fixed the shake what dips I wanted (marinara and ranch), and only gave me Arby's sauce. They also gave me a small jalapeno bites when I said I wanted a large. Overall, they didn't care about accuracy and only cared about getting the order out. I don't think I shall ever return again, and seeing how Arby's is my fiancees favorite restaurant, they'll miss a lot of business.

Later when calling to speak to a manager about it. They refused to acknowledge any issue. Procedded to even tell me other locations I could try for deaf people. Do Better Arbys!
