I visit Nutrend regularly. Both fitness and a restaurant during the week. Now my wife and I went out for Saturday lunch. Food absolutely flawless, almost as always... Duck pate, probably the best I've ever eaten. Where the problem was, however, was in the service. Everything took time, nobody paid much attention to us. After finishing my meal, I looked forward to coffee and dessert. Even though the restaurant was half empty, no one bothered to offer us coffee or dessert or anything else. Half an hour after arriving and sitting at an empty table, we got up, had to go to the bar to pay and leave. Service: 1

We wanted to do a three day relaxation for our employees in this hotel, based on our own experience, but we would rather choose Vista or Špindlerův Mlýn again. The rooms are such a really bad project. We were accommodated in the hill where there was a view of the roof of the factory and a sink had been moved into the room, which no longer fit in the bathroom, there was no wardrobe, so our clothes were in open suitcases on the floor. Fitness they have it really great, a nice and willing young man at the reception, he helped and advised. The restaurant so it was a total disaster! Arrogant ladies who weren 't afraid to let you know how much your presence annoys them! They play for luxury here, but they completely lack decent manners and, above all, professionalism. I don 't know from what belt they took the lady who looked like an operator here, but for me she should return to the belt immediately. Reception nice and pleasant lady. Shop a nice lady who didn 't know much, but at least tried to help. Overall impresion? An interesting idea that can be ruined by inappropriately selected employees.
