I placed my regular order, but she attempted to charge me an additional $10 for toppings on a specialty pizza, claiming that their prices remain fixed. Frustrated, I asked her to cancel my order and chose to call Domino's instead! Franchise businesses should keep in mind that they aren't the only choice available, and it's crucial for them to provide better training for their staff to avoid losing customers. I won’t be returning to Papa John's again! That’s the bottom line!

I've never experienced a place that denies service to someone just because they work there. I've ordered from this store several times without problems, yet they always seem to find ways to stop me from placing an order. Conversely, I've witnessed them fulfill orders for other customers! The service is absolutely dreadful, and I refuse to spend any more money there. I wouldn't even consider giving them my business again!
