Papa John's Pizza - Olive Branch

I ordered a large 2 topping. Extra Meat, extra cheese and extra sauce. Square cut. And what I got was light sauce half the side didn?t have meat on it and cut regular but twice cut. I paid an extra 5 dollars for no reason. I?m very dissatisfied .

Food is always very good and fresh. Using the website allows for easy customization. The cinnamon pull aparts are an exceptional dessert. Delivery is always on time and reliable. Papa John?s is a go-to Friday night pizza for my family, I highly recommend it.

Order two large pizzas both in one was a chicken barbecue the other was a pepperoni and I ordered cheese sticks with sauce. I was disappointed when I opened it up the sauce container is so small and probably one cheese stick for the sauce. The chicken barbecue Pizza had too much barbecue sauce on it and hardly any toppings and for $32 I would expect more for two pizzas.

I wouldn't recommend anyone in the Olive Industry area to order from this Papa John's location. Why? Because I have never encountered a company that refuses service to someone simply because they work there. I've ordered from this store multiple times without issue, yet they constantly find ways to prevent me from placing an order. However, I've seen them fulfill orders for others! The service is utterly terrible, and I won't spend another cent there! I wouldn't even want to give them my business again!

I just got off the phone with a young lady on May 8, 2020, around 4 PM. I ordered my usual, but she tried to charge me an extra $10 for toppings on a special pizza, saying that they don't change their prices. I told her to cancel my order and decided to call Domino's instead! Franchises need to remember that they aren't the only option in town, and they really need to train their employees better so they don't lose customers. I won't be going back to Papa John's again! That's the bottom line!
