This restaurant consistently delivers outstanding and quick service along with fantastic food. Even the trainee provided great menu suggestions. The managers are always present, checking in on customers. Have you tasted the new buffalo blue cheese eggs Benedict? It's delicious! Keep it up, Mugg n Bean!

I witnessed something truly remarkable at Mugg & Bean Midstream, thanks to a waiter named Mandla. A young man with significant disabilities came into the restaurant, unable to hold his head or arms still, making it impossible for him to page through or read the menu. Mandla went above and beyond by kneeling down almost to the floor, patiently helping the young man flip through the menu and even assisting him in reading it. This act of kindness deserves recognition, as we need more people like him in South Africa and around the world. (In the photo, you can see Mandla the waiter alongside the table where he assisted the disabled man.)

Food was not nice but definitely got great service from Sandra.

The salads are pretty good, some parts of the bread are a bit wacky and wet and the cheesecakes are always quite tasty.
