Service is slow and orders are NEVER ready when they say they will be.This place has cost me a lot in lost time and money.I think I finally got the hint. I'm done picking up orders from this place.

Working a ca... read more Ryan yelled at my wife and I I dont have time for this when we asked how much longer would it be for our food after waiting over 20 minutes for it. Working a cash register you should probably have decent customer service skills. Once we walked out I called and spoke with the manager who was much more polite and friendly and apologized for the situation. Needless to say, we obviously will not be backRyan you get a thumbs down ?

I arrived in time to watch them as they were packing it up and double checking everything! I am so thankful that they took timeto make sure each of my staff had exactly what they ordered. They were busy but their positive customer service never faltered.

Doc Greens goes the extra mile for local, fresh food, but then they package it in plastic and styrofoam, then put it in a plastic bag. I would pay more for bettersustainability in their packaging but I would be hard pressed to order takeout from here again.
