The woman working the drive-thru had a very unfriendly attitude, making me feel like I was bothering her. I ordered sausage biscuits, but they were only hot on the outside and cool in the middle. Overall, I don't plan on returning here again. I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

At first, the lady in the window got my order wrong, then said something sarcastic I was like buzz Fr? I then told her what I ordered and she still misunderstood it as if I misunderstood it. And the food was cold like a hail bread, as it sat there for a good minute and it tasted like chemicals. Man, I was afraid to go in and tell him to remake it, they seem like the ones that spit in foes. I only take my L, but I wouldn't recommend coming here.

There may be a wait at times, but the fries are always fresh and the food is delicious. Robert always takes care of his customers, even just to check in or say hi quickly. He puts his heart into his work and remembers our favorite foods, our pets' names, and the sauces we like. He makes sure everyone is okay and is genuine in his interactions. He is always working hard and is the reason we keep coming back, along with his wife. The way they banter with each other is adorable and Robert always knows how to make us laugh. This Burger King feels like a cozy, family-owned restaurant and like home. Thank you, Robert, for everything. It's hard to put into words how amazing and caring he truly is. He goes above and beyond, using his own money to help feed people in need. He embodies honesty, integrity, and loyalty. He has turned down offers from my company because he is so dedicated to his work here. Finding an employee like him is nearly impossible these days. This restaurant deserves 5 stars.

The food I received... read more Tonight, Mrs. Chelsea took my order at the restaurant. I was exhausted after work, but she had a fantastic attitude and was quick and kind. The food I received was delicious! I'm so thankful for great employees like her when I order food through the drive-thru.

However, today when I walked in, the manager (an older white lady with blonde hair) w... read more I always visit this Burger King and have never had any issues in the past. However, today when I walked in, the manager (an older white lady with blonde hair) was on a speakerphone call and did not acknowledge me. She took my coupon without saying anything, handed it to another employee, and then went into her office behind the register. The employee who took my order, a very nice and respectful guy with long hair in a braid, apologized for her behavior. I reassured him that it was not his responsibility to correct her actions. As a manager, she should have set a better example for her employees. Despite this experience, I still plan to return to this location because I enjoy the other employees and have never had any issues with them. Hopefully, the manager will see this feedback and improve her interactions with customers and employees in the future.

The last time we had... read more I have had problems at this restaurant for the second time now. My mustard Whopper with no onions was covered in onions, mayo, and ketchup. The last time we had an issue here, the drive-thru employee asked if I wanted to fight. Unfortunately, I am now eating food I do not enjoy.
