We got two big, even thought we didn't sa... read more We went there for the first time for coffee. First we waited for a longer time on the terrace to order two cappuccino. We got two big, even thought we didn't say a big one. Cappuccino was not delicious at all, and it was too much milk in it. In the end we paid a little less than 9€ for the two coffees. Never again.

Drehers Backstube, to which I went,... read more Rotary bakeries are everywhere in Germany. In Offenburg itself there is approx. 3 branches, a little big and a little small. Drehers Backstube, to which I went, was in a very practical place, in a busy section, right in front of the city church... where I should meet a tour group. Since I had 30 minutes to kill, sat in the café and ordered a raisin bunker and a cup of coffee. Although I ordered a small quick breakfast, all my neighbors enjoy elaborate breaks. You can buy any baker there and there were delicious looking breakfast sandwiches and salads on the menu. These articles were not only offered for breakfast throughout the day. According to the website, they organize events. If you love baked goods, delicious sandwiches and good German coffee, then Dreher Cafés, big or small, can't go wrong!
