After I ordered I was told it would be a 5 minute wait for chicken strips and was told to pull around to the door. Being pulled around is always the norm at this location.I patiently waited because there were only two employees working. 35 minutes later my food came out. I got home (literallyacross the street on Meade) and the fries (or lack there of) and biscuits were hard, sides were cold, and chicken strips wereovercooked because they were dark brown in color and extremely dry. This is hands down the WORST KFC location I?ve ever visited.

Their definition of fast food is you ordering and then waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes for your food.

The... read more This is by far the worst KFC in Maryland. I constantly tell myself not to return, but months later, I give it another shot—and regret it every single time. The staff aren't even in uniform, the exterior lights are completely off, and it's a chaotic mess every visit. My orders are never right. Why do I even bother?

Unfortunately, the chicken seemed to have been sitting out for a... read more I visited the KFC drive-thru at 10:45 to beat the lunch rush, expecting freshly cooked chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken seemed to have been sitting out for a long time and was simply reheated. The breading had a dark, almost burnt appearance and flavor, indicating the cooking oil likely hadn’t been changed in a very long time.

The chicken was overcooked, greasy, and looked burnt. Honestly, it’s been the worst experience. A visit from a district manager is definitely needed to address these problems.
