What C B doesn't like about Dg Doughnuts:
This is my 3rd time trying DG and I WANT to love them because I adore donuts, but I just can't fall in love with these. They have the bones to be good, but I feel like they lack the skill or technique to take the donuts up a notch. Instead of using what tastes like a jar of strawberry filling, make your own with fresh strawberries. The fruity pebbles on the skewer were so stale because they weren't made into a strues... First time there. Was awesome! Unique giant donuts. Better than most of the chain ones.
First experience getting these delicious crafted treats, and might I say they're one of the BEST tasting doughnuts I've ever had! We got a variety of treats ranging from holes, kabobs, Boston cremes, and classics (vanilla, sprinkles, lil biggie). The portions are also very big, as these treats took a few sittings to eat. My favorites were the cinnamon sugar holes and classic vanilla. Definitely worth a trip to this bakery!
Love the vibe of this place and girls working here are super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
It is rare that a company goes over the top and exceeds the customer’s expectations. DG did just that! They were out of my favorite doughnuts and went out of their way to send me a beautiful assortment! I was blown away by the gesture and the quality of the doughnuts. A class act; made my day !
