Today, I thought I could avoid a long wait by going inside, but it still took an astonishing amount of time to receive my order—about 30 minutes, and that was without any sauces or drinks, which I had to ask for. The drive-thru experience was just as bad, if not worse. I placed my order at 3:30 PM, so it wasn't even during the lunch rush.

The staff was unfriendly, and my bacon, egg, and cheese was very cold. The hash browns were crushed. Additionally, they raised their prices and no longer offered the breakfast special of 2 for $5, claiming it had ended that day.

It was disappointing to see the quality of the food declining alongside the service. I think it's time to give Burger King another shot.

I stopped by for a quick lunch and immediately noticed how hot it was in the lobby. An employee informed me that the air conditioning had been broken for months. When I inquired about the kitchen staff, they mentioned that the workers were sweating all over the food due to the extreme heat, and one employee had even passed out in the kitchen from the conditions. It's unacceptable for the owners to subject their workers to this! They could easily rent or buy portable air conditioning units to help cool down the kitchen, which is significantly hotter than the lobby. I also saw several minors working in these uncomfortable conditions, coming out of the kitchen drenched in sweat. There's no way to keep that much sweat off the food! I really hope they are compensating these employees well for enduring such a hot environment for hours on end!

And the sweet wasn't as good as it used to be. But it's really what is expected of Mc Donalds these days.
