I waited for over 20 minutes to get my order. They definitely need more help. Staff was friendly, but it shouldn't take that long. On a positive, food was great and order was prepared correctly. View all feedback.
This Taco Bell has had its ups and downs. But thanks to Niel, the manager who went the extra mile and making sure our order was correct.
I'm type 1 diabetic, i have to give myself insulin well before i eat anything otherwise my blood sugar could go dangerously high, and it's really bad for my organs. i have lost count of how many times they have given me a regular beverage when i've asked for zero sugar, not only does it suck not getting what i ordered but it affects my health. really sucks you can't trust workers to pour the correct beverage in a cup
Quesadilla was paper thin and the forgot my Mexican pizza. Double check all your items before leaving that store!
Vegetarian options: Everytime at this location they messed up order. Clearly I ordered black beans Crunchwrap or any vegetarian order they put beef on it I said 6 out of 10 order they made its wrong also they don’t give you an every item in order. Staff have kids who are not taking their job seriously. And when I went this time to change my order to beef to bean the kid just didn’t apologize and anything This location is getting worse in vegetarian order day by day.
Absolutely ridiculous. Food was cold and half of our order was missing. Claimed to have made sure everything was there and it wasn't. Not to mention, the employees were all sitting outside when there was a large line in the drive through. Sounds like a sketchy and never coming back.
