Everything was only sligh... read more The staff was decent, but the food was quite disappointing. The taco shells were stale, and the beans on the Mexican pizza were burnt. Everything was only slightly warmer than room temperature. Moreover, the drink dispenser was out of most options. I only gave it 2 stars because the place was clean and had charging ports available.

I'm not sure what prompted me to give it another chance after my last two visits. They were out of Mexican Pizzas, had none of my preferred drinks available, and the Chicken Quesadilla was far from appealing. I ended up eating in the parking lot, but the food wasn’t warm enough to melt the shredded cheese, which ended up scattering all over the place. The chicken was so dry that I couldn't finish it. On a positive note, my dog loved it!

Their phone number is out of service, so I couldn't get in touch with anyone for help. I had ordered a bean burrito with added beef, but instead, I received something I couldn't eat at all. I spent over $10 on this, and it was incredibly disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered a quesadilla that felt more like a tortilla with just a small amount of chicken and cheese. With prices rising everywhere, I expect my meal to be filling for what I pay. It’s frustrating to see prices go up while portion sizes shrink. I've been to other Taco Bell locations where this isn’t an issue, which makes me wonder if this spot is cutting corners to boost profits at the customers' expense. The flavors remain great, but it’s hard to fully enjoy them when the portions are so disappointing.
