Subway - null

The behavior of the employee at this restaurant was very unprofessional. She was the only employee working there on a busy highway and argued with three other customers before me because she said she had to do paperwork on paper before ringing up any orders on the machine. As someone who has worked in retail, I know that this is not the proper way to conduct business. Sales should be printed out and paperwork should be done during free time, not before taking orders. If management does not hire another employee to assist or replace the current employee with someone who knows how to do their job, they will continue to lose business and damage their reputation. I left the restaurant without ordering anything because if the employee does not care about the business, then why should I?

Ralph, the server, provided excellent service during my visit to the restaurant. Not only was he attentive and efficient, but the sandwich he prepared was absolutely delicious.
