This place is pretty fast and the baristas are always nice. They even have a cute little tip jar where you could vote and put your tip in either side which is adorable. View all feedback.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member with long hair was quite rude to a customer in front of me and continued to speak poorly about him after he left. It seemed like the employees were more focused on chatting with each other than on serving customers and taking care of their tasks. Honestly, why is this restaurant still in business? Some days they don't open at all, and there hasn't been a delivery in three weeks. It's baffling.
Don't waste your time or money. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to! I placed an order this morning for pickup, and the doors were locked! Seriously...
Every time I visit this Starbucks, I find myself waiting and waiting. They consistently prioritize the simpler drinks, while the more complex ones end up waiting longer. During my last two visits...
The accuracy of my orders was inconsistent. I'm not sure if the baristas need additional training or if it's just an issue with the new store. The quality isn't quite on par with Starbucks, but since it's still relatively new, there may be some room for improvement. It really depends on who is preparing your drink.
The Starbucks drive-thru here is quicker than the others in Hamilton. I find it much easier to customize my order online rather than trying to shout my order while looking at the menu board. My first visit was a bit confusing because it was dark and I missed the entrance, but it’s easy to spot during the day.
