It took awhile for our food to come out but the order was correct. It wasn’t busy at all and was a good quick stop while on a road trip.

So I’ll enjoy my Mac n cheese bites dry and Sheetz can enjoy ripping me off for multiple packs of ranch I paid for and never received

No toilet paper in ladies restroom. Worst cleanliness of any Sheetz we've ever been in.

It... read more I've been a long-time Sheetz customer, expecting food that is fast, affordable, and of decent quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience was none of those. It took half an hour from ordering to receiving my food—time enough to drive to another Sheetz, place an order, pick it up, and still come back and wait here even longer. My order was reasonably sized, not excessively large, so the wait felt unjustified. The food itself was disappointing; a meal I've ordered many times before at various Sheetz locations, and this time it just didn't meet expectations. Considering the price, it was definitely not worth it. On a positive note, every employee I interacted with was extremely polite and professional. The issue seemed to be a severe understaffing problem, not a lack of quality among the staff. I only saw three employees throughout my visit, which might be the minimum, but on a busy Saturday night, it wasn't enough. Whether they need to hire more people or adjust scheduling, improvements are necessary before I'll consider returning. I’m giving two stars mainly because the staff were great, but the overall experience was disappointing.

However, every trash can inside and outside was overflowing to the point that lids wouldn’t close or trash was spilling onto the ground—especially disappointing on Earth Day.
