We made it 2 our movie on time with our bellies full so thank u staff at Logans 4 y'all great hospitality

Our last experience had been subpa... read more Recently, we hesitantly went to Logan’s (it was the choice of our kiddos selecting restaurant for end of school celebration). Our last experience had been subpar, but we determined to give it another go. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is under new management, and it shows! The wait staff was exceptional, the food was delivered in a timely manner, was hot, and excellent. The physical plant has received much-needed updates and felt fresh. It was a great experience. I am thrilled to have Logan’s back on the table of regular options for dining out with my family.

S... read more We had the very best experience last night dining at Logan's. The food was great, but the service was superb! We celebrated my daughter's 14th birthday there. She had 9 friends helping her celebrate. Our amazing server Kyle I. never missed a beat with all of their middle school chaos and energy. He was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was pleasant and enjoyable. He made my birthday girl feel special and left her friends with mouths as he sang an amazing ballad (this young man is seriously talented) instead of your typical happy birthday song. Everyone that we encountered from the hostesses at the front, to the bus boys in the back, and other wait staff passing in between were so welcoming of our party. The food arrived to our table hot and our drinks were never empty. It was a really extra special night because of Kyle's incredible attention to detail and his charm.

They did not f... read more Logan's roadhouse is more like logans **** house. Stopped going there years ago because of poor service, but decided to give them another chance. They did not fail to disappoint, service has gone way down the drain. Not only did the staff act like it was a burden on them to take your order. But when they got half of our order wrong they just disappeared and didn't come back until they dropped the check. Ordered a 22oz porterhouse medium rare and recieved it well done, tough as a piece of leather, and drier than ****. After informing the waitress That I ordered a rare steak (had only taken a single bite. I was given the excuse that because it was such a high priced steak they would not correct the mistake. No compensation and no apology. The management and owners dont care either just propetuating poorer service. Dont waste your time or money on this dumpster fire of a restaurant.
