We order from this restaurant all the time, and they usually provide good value for our money. However, this time, we were really disappointed with the portion sizes of our soups. They looked terrible! Normally, they are filled to the top, but one was nearly dry, and the other was overly watery. I would rate this experience a 1 out of 10. I'm both disappointed and frustrated. I ordered takeout, and it was ready in no time. All the food was at the perfect temperature when I got home, and it was seasoned just right.
My classic cheeseburger was overcooked and somewhat burnt; it had a crunchy, charred exterior.
Standard Applebee's chain location. Service and food was good. They don't have a quality guarantee that you will get a good alcoholic mixed drink for the nonrefundable price you pay. That was communicated during ordering, which made us opt out of buying drinks. Most places at least replace a subpar drink. It made it seem like they don't have good bartenders there (or maybe they have a lot of deadbeat customers? . We didn't care to find out.

Edit 4/21/24: It's been some time since my last visit, so I decided to give it another try. I spent $50 for a surprisingly small amount of food. The portion size and quality reminded me of Fazoli's, a fast Italian restaurant that used to be in Monroe. I ordered Chicken Alfredo through DoorDash, while my companion got shrimp. To my disappointment, there were no napkins or forks included, and the chicken was dry. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it felt more like a $20 meal. The servers, hostess, and bartender all appeared unhappy, which affected the atmosphere. The food quality has declined compared to what it used to be, and the interior has a dingy, worn appearance.
