A rich menu makes the decision difficult. Very aromatic soups with chicken or scampis as inlay. The main dishes served on a hot plate are not just an eye-catcher. The duck with cashew nuts on the hot plate is particularly recommended. Well seasoned, crispy and tasteful. Most dishes are served on small farms and stay nice hot. I'm sure we'll eat back there.

The ambience with lots of solid wood and aquarium has reminded me of the Chinese restaurants in Nuremberg, but perhaps the differences are not so big. From the extensive map I ordered spring rolls with crab and crab chips. Both were served quickly and was tastefully fine. As the main course I chose one of the specialties of the house: beef chop meat rolled with lop leaves, soy sprouts, spices, and rice noodles. In addition, there were rice leaves in which the ingredients were rolled to Gusto. Also the main dish was good, but not exceptional. The rich herbs were not so extraordinary or asian with basil, mint and marjoram that you could talk about a taste explosion. The service was friendly but not particularly powerful. The openly gifted Chardonnay was worth its price for 3.30 euros. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the necessary, but had expected me much more before. After the change of the operator in the spring of last year, there were some start-up difficulties and also the quality of the food offered fluctuated significantly. After a new cook has been found, the Saigon can call itself a Vietnamese special restaurant. The quality of dishes differs significantly from the uniform taste of regional Asian cuisine. Unlike many other locals, here are the soy sprouts I hate, absolutely fresh and crisp. Definitely a good sign. Also the new cook always has time for a friendly conversation with its guests. Suggestions and suggestions, in case something was not to the satisfaction of someone, are kind and grateful. I can recommend the duck (M15 with the soup).
