The chicken was beautifully fresh, hot, and delicious! It's been a while since we had KFC, and we haven’t regretted our choice. However, I would give it 1 star for the temperature being a bit too cool for my liking, and the seating was not the most comfortable. View all feedback.

The chicken was fresh, piping hot, and absolutely delicious! It's been a while since we had KFC, and we have no regrets. I deducted one star because it was a bit chilly, and the seats could be more comfortable. However, the chicken and the service definitely deserve all the other stars!

The staff here are extremely attentive and provided assistance with menu selections. When certain drinks were unavailable, they offered alternatives. This location was much cleaner than during my previous visit. The food was served hot, as expected.

Welcome to KFC Eastleigh. They've just dealt with a rat infestation and now they're serving some of the driest chicken I’ve ever had. Who is managing this place? It's hard to believe they can be so careless with quality control. Honestly, it might be time for them to shut down and transform into a Burger King instead.
