Kfc - North Down

We visited the drive-thru and requested an item, but the girl on the headset simply replied “no” without any explanation. I had to ask again, and she bluntly said, “can’t do that.” We then sat in silence for another minute before asking why she couldn't accommodate our request, at which point she finally listed the options available to us. When we reached the drive-thru window, we were met with dirty looks from almost all the staff, and when our order was ready, it felt like it was practically thrown at us. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. My only advice to the staff is to “cheer up.”

The service was good, and the food was tasty. I was really disappointed that they ran out of hash browns for the burger and also didn’t have any straws available. Additionally, the restroom could use some attention; it looked like a Boeing 747 had landed on the back of the toilet.

I ordered a takeaway and paid extra for chicken, but it wasn't included in the bag. I feel cheated, and no one ever answers the phone. The food was good, but the management needs improvement.

Drive through was closed for some reason, so indoors was packed. The ordering screens weren't working either, so the queue was out the door! Waited 45 minutes for food (in a fast food restaurant!! , at no point were we told there was a delay on food as they had no chicken on the bone! Why no chicken! It's KFC!!!!! No tables were cleaned in all the time we were there. Absolutely no organisation, no management, no customer service, no skills shown at all. Shocking experience, won't be going again and wouldn't recommend at all

What can I say….. Just awful in every way, soggy luke warm dripping in oil chicken and tepid mushy “fries”. The only thing edible were the crispy (due to being as dry as the gobi desert) hot chicken wings. Gotta admit the Pepsi max was fine. Why and how does this chain still exist, on a good day in a good restaurant KFC is just alright but this one is damn right shocking. Happily for my doctor this was a very low carb and calorie lunch as 95% of it ended up in the bin.
