When I brought it up, the staff member acted confused and claimed she didn’t know why the amount on my bill was higher than what I had signed for. Be cautious; it seems they might take tips without proper authorization. After receiving a disappointing response from management, I want to emphasize this: having worked in both a restaurant and a bank and dining out frequently, I know that the amount processed is based on what the server enters. I'm just trying to warn other customers that they might encounter this issue as well. It’s not just about the overcharge; it’s the dishonesty. And to clarify, I don't care about DoorDash's involvement. What they're doing is theft, which is illegal. Sharing my honest review based on my experience is my right.
