I am disappointed in Panda Express for discontinuing their Beyond Orange Chicken. I see no reason to continue dining at their restaurant.
Awful the orange chicken was soggy. The mushroom chicken was scalding hot. Looked under cooked and mostly slimy sauce.
I been craving panda express for a minute and I finally was able to grab some during my lunch break. I absolutely loved it! There was no wait, the worker greeted me and got to packing my meal right when I approached the counter. The food was fresh and hot tasting. I wikl definitely be returning
My wife and I took a trip to Norfolk, where we visited Dillard's to buy two sweat suits. Afterwards, we decided to stop by Panda Express for a meal. The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent.
I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism and the quality of the food at Panda Express. Many items weren't prepared in advance, and it took a long time for them to become available. The fountain drink machine was out of order, and there were no bottled beverages available for purchase. The food itself was undercooked and didn’t taste fresh. The staff appeared indifferent and lacked urgency in their service. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management, but the service has definitely declined. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
