The food at this restaurant is delicious, authentic Soviet cuisine! Dining in the establishment is affordable and the food quality is top-notch. The service provided by the female staff is a bit brusque, but everything else is excellent. Just keep in mind that they close early at 3:30pm, as shown in the photo. The Provinzcafé in building 2 consistently has dirty cutlery. There are often remnants of food or dirty spots on forks, spoons, and knives. I do my best to avoid this place because of it. View all feedback.
The restaurant is overpriced and not very flavorful. For example, a simple salad costs 35 rubles, but a regular dish costs 100 rubles.
