We live in warren ohio. we have two KFC restaurants in warren, but they can never get chicken. when they call at 8 o'clock or later to elm rd or later they say... read more We live in warren ohio. we have two KFC restaurants in warren, but they can never get chicken. when they call at 8 o'clock or later to elm rd or later they say that they don't have enough and the waiting time is good over an hour. West market used to be involved. But I think elm rd could teach them their tricks, because now it happens at W.Market so I called niles kfc (I was honestly ready to hear no). louisa was the manager today and she took my command and was so nice. yes I have a big family. we need to order 2 16 pieces of meal with an additional page it comes almost $90.00 we own a business and I just feel like niles is the only one that actually takes their jobs seriously and they have excellent customer service. so a huge cried to the manager louisa and. seth worked the counter very nice young man. thanks to both for their ease and great customer service. many thanks to niki

If you... read more I have no idea how this place has 3.8 stars. It is by Far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life. The people inside have no idea what they’re doing. If you walked in you would have zero idea of who the manager is. Line takes 30 minutes every time.
