Description
Nestled in a welcoming, family-friendly setting, this hotel-restaurant pairs clean, attractive rooms with a lively dining scene—standout steaks and a recommended seafood platter—backed by often attentive, accommodating staff who handle special requests and events. Guests praise the safe, neat grounds, kid play area, and strong value, though service and room reliability can be uneven: expect occasional power or plumbing hiccups, limited in-room supplies, and rare pest or event-management lapses. Overall, a warm, value-forward destination with room for operational improvements.

We were here to visit family in the region. Definitely 5 stars for service and definitely value for money. This applies to both hotels and restaurants. Not expensive, tasty food and good service. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 3
We visited Picanha for our anniversary dinner on the 11/12/2024 no one at front desk was there to greet us like they always do. We sat down for 30 min my husband eventually went and searched for a waiter. All staff was extremely rude and did not want to help. The manager was on the floor chatting to all the big tables who actually received their food and drinks. We eventually received a waiter after complaining to the manager. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail. My husband recieved his beer. We waited for a cocktail and waiter that never arrived eventually we paid for the beer and just left drove all the way back to Heidelberg Not the Picanha service were used to Really think you should get more waiters or employees who actually wants to help clients
