Used to support this place. This morning at 8:05. It was said they wouldn't open for another 1/2 hour. Cursed and went to Crackdonalds. Was there 3 minutes and there were 2 cars in Taco Hell paid for food while driving thru? Maybe they should shut down and open another pizza shop. Don't have to be there by noon. This happened several times last year. I'm done with Taco Hell. Will go to Lake Milton or Southington for... View all feedback.
It’s disheartening to see a restaurant treating its customers, especially the elderly, with such disregard, especially during a challenging time like the pandemic. We ended up having to throw away our food, feeling frustrated and cheated out of our money. When I requested a way to contact her superior, that was also denied. I urge anyone considering dining here to be cautious. You might end up with subpar food and experience disrespect from the young management. You’d hope that during these times, people would look out for each other, but it seems Taco Bell and its management prioritize profit over customer care. It’s a shame to see a place like this operate in such a manner.
I used to be a supporter of this place, but this morning at 8:05, I found out they wouldn’t be opening for another half hour. Frustrated, I decided to go to a fast-food place instead. I was only there for three minutes, and I noticed two cars at Taco Bell that were already getting their food in the drive-thru. Maybe it’s time for them to shut down and open a pizza shop instead since they don’t seem to have their hours figured out. This has happened multiple times over the past year, and I’m done with Taco Bell. I’ll be heading to Lake Milton or Southington for breakfast from now on. They should really think about starting a pizza shop.
I used to be a fan of this restaurant, but this morning at 8:05, I found out they wouldn't open for another half hour. Frustrated, I decided to go to McDonald's instead. I was there for just three minutes, and I noticed two cars at Taco Bell paying for their food at the drive-thru. Maybe they should consider closing and opening a pizza shop instead. There's no need for them to stick to a noon opening. This isn't the first time I've experienced this; it happened several times last year. I'm done with Taco Bell and will be heading to Lake Milton or Southington for breakfast from now on. They should seriously think about starting a pizza place instead.
