Unfortunately, since there aren’t many places that offer takeout on Sundays with better food, I settled for them. However, after this experience, I will not be returning.

I have always chosen this place over others nearby, but experiencing such snarkiness and rudeness is disappointing. A simple acknowledgment, like "I'm sorry, we... read more I have always chosen this place over others nearby, but experiencing such snarkiness and rudeness is disappointing. A simple acknowledgment, like "I'm sorry, we're trying our best, but it's been tough," would have gone a long way. I think it's time for the owner or manager to step in and help out. I understand that staffing is challenging, but being rude doesn’t benefit anyone.
