Aroma Joe's Coffee - Newmarket

I arrived at 7:21 pm for a cup of black coffee. I waited in my car for 7 minutes but didn't receive any response. However, the barista looked at me with a confused expression even though the sign and the online listing indicated that the restaurant was open.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and the coffee is even better. Be sure to download the app, which can be used for rewards or payments. Customers can conveniently pay with their rewards or chip card. Overall, the experience is favorable and reliable.

The coffee at this restaurant is no longer good and the line can take up to 20 minutes on a good day. The manager seems to rely on younger staff and it is not fair to have only one person working and not fair to the customers.

I used to go here but I realized I was spending 20 minutes waiting for a simple latte. It’s been a couple months and this place is the only coffee shop open when I go to work but 3 people left the line of cars including me because the line had not moved in 10 minutes. Either the girls need to pick up the pace or the manager needs to stop scheduling only one teenage girl to work in the morning. You’re ruining people’s mornings and making them late to work . I won’t make the mistake of going back.
