Whole food and then from suppliers from the regional environment. The map is small but for this it is all fresh from the weekly market in Newcastle. The Komboucha is the top bang and I highly recommend. The porched eggs with Macadamia Pest were a pleasure. Bec the boss is such a great personality that I definitely come back. Thank you.
