I repeated my order five times, yet still rece... read more Terrible experience at Wingstop. I ordered the crew pack with bone-in wings, but they handed me boneless instead. I repeated my order five times, yet still received boneless chicken wings. They don't seem to follow the menu properly. The fries were soggy and unappetizing as well. This was my first visit to that location, and I won’t be returning.

Wingstop offered fantastic service, and the food was outstanding. I ordered for takeout, and my meal was ready right on schedule. I then went to the restaurant, but nobody paid attention to me—two... read more The staff here are very unprofessional. I called to place an order but was hung up on twice. I then went to the restaurant, but nobody paid attention to me—two people were busy counting money and another was on her phone. I walked out and decided to order online instead. Later, I went back to add more items in person, but the same people were still on their phones and counting cash. Eventually, someone helped me, but when I explained I had already ordered online and just wanted to add more, they tried to charge me for the entire order again. It turned into a big mess. Unfortunately, this will be my last time here, even though it's close to my house.

When I walked in, I was surprised to see an employee lying on the waiting bench to my right, loudly chatting with the cashier. The music was so loud that it was difficult to hear the cashier while I placed my order. I get that it might be slow, but I still expect a basic level of professionalism.
