The drive-thru service is very fast, I always stop here for coffee before heading to work.
On December 25, 2023, my family and I visited this restaurant for a meal. Upon entering, the woman at the counter gave us a very unwelcoming impression. Throughout our ordering process, she displayed a negative attitude, sighing and huffing when we made additions to our order. She even gave my 5-year-old nephew a hard time for simply asking me for a drink. I tried to lighten the mood by having my nephew hand her the cash, but she snatched it from him and reacted with audible sighs and eye rolls. This was my first time at this establishment, and based on this experience, I do not plan on returning. I informed the manager about the rude behavior, but all he offered was a simple "sorry" before walking away. It is unacceptable for a business to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. The staff was extremely rude, and for that reason, I will not be revisiting this restaurant.
The service was excellent at this Dunkin' location, which I don't often visit. I was pleased that I decided to stop in on this particular day. The parking lot was open and allowed me to park in any spot I chose.
Doughnut was small and lacked jelly donuts have changed and lack taste. Prices have increased and value has decreased. Very clean, efficient not very friendly and to suggest tipping¿
