I saw this restaurant which is 6.3 miles... read more I came here because I was too early to check into the Monroe Institute. It was 10:30 am. I drove and looked for eatery. I saw this restaurant which is 6.3 miles from the Monroe Institute. It is lovely small romantic European theme. I was disappointed that they don’t serve breakfast because I saw french toast on the reviews. I ended up with quiches.
