The service is poor and because of that everything just goes downhill. If you are ordering prior to an event or something ok, maybe. But if you want personal portions or same day, good luck to you. And delivery is 3hrs after confirmation of your order no matter how far or close you are. Pick up is 1hr-90mins after confirmation. Honestly would not recommend, would not order again from here.

My sister ordered a platter at the Abuja branch for delivery at 6 PM. However, they called at 4 PM to say they would deliver it early. The plan was to have it delivered at 6 PM since we intended to eat around 7 PM. After my sister spoke with them, they agreed to deliver at 6 PM, but the small chops looked like they had been made hours earlier. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had a great meal, as no one does small portions quite like 12 Baskets. I drove there with my friends, and the food was fresh and hot. However, we couldn't eat there because the environment was quite dirty and unpleasant, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. If you want to enjoy your food, I recommend not stepping foot in that place. I was really disappointed.

12 Baskets offers fantastic small plates and grilled dishes. However, the service could be improved, and it's necessary to make a reservation at least 3 hours in advance.

The customer care or service rep first off is super cold and rude, I mean if you do not like taking orders or want to work, please kindly stay at home. Can't call you to place an order and you sound like in being done a favour. Now, asides the fact that the chops are super amazing, thier delivery time on the other hand is another story entirely. I place and order by 1:30pm and got it by past 5pm....
