The guy who heats up the rolls and sandwiches doesn't tak... read more I often come here with my boyfriend, and it's one of my favorite places, but today I was disappointed. The guy who heats up the rolls and sandwiches doesn't take into account who's in line and lets the first person to order. As a result, when there's a line, chaos and nervousness ensue. When there's a crowd, please put the numbers outside, because unfortunately, we are an uncivilized people who only care about their own personal gain. Today I had to tell a man who was in line and had started to order that I was actually the one who ordered first (and it was obvious). It's incredibly sad.
